The place was wonderful and incredibly beautiful and the staff were welcoming, the location was amazing next to a major train station. The room was huge and big size with safe for safety measures, and effective Wi-Fi, climate control and armchairs.

Heated pool area, delicious and very good breakfast with beers, wines, juice. The rooms with double beds. Very central location in the Boston back Bay Area.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The connected shopping mall was so convenient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and worth every penny. The indoor pool was lovely, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Ideal for travelers seeking comfort
The staff was incredibly helpful and positive, made us feel like we were at home. Also, the view from our high floor room was just spectacular especially during the fireworks, absolutely unforgettable.
It wasn't cheap but for the experience it was still acceptable.

I really liked the location and friendliness of the staff.
corridors and rooms have a slightly outdated look, we paid for 5 people (my wife and children) and they gave us 3 towels (worn out), curtains do not close well, so there is light from 5am practically, hair dryer makes a lot of noise and heats little, bed covers are very short and do not reach under the mattress, then you discover your feet while you sleep. extra bed was pure spring, impossible that even a child could sleep there, extra bed blanket is embarrassing that a Marriot could have it. First time I've been charged for wifi in several years, $560 a night room should include wifi. shower changed the temperature of the water while I was bathing, I guess because it must be the time when most of the guests are bathing?, water pressure in the shower seems very strong because of the noise, volume of water is quite low, it takes a good while to get really wet? In general if you had paid $150 a night you would understand all this, a hotel of this kind and cost does not justify.

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. Easy access to Fenway Park, shopping, and restaurants made exploring easy. The pool was a great escape after a day of walking around Boston. The staff at check-in were super friendly, and Joe made the process smooth. I loved the avocado toast at breakfast. It hit the spot. The hotel connects to Copley Place and Prudential Center, which offers a ton of shopping options. It could take up to ten minutes in the mornings. I also found the shower pressure to be a bit weak, but nothing major. Would definitely consider staying here again for its convenience and friendly vibe.

Good location, great beds, modern rooms, good fitness, all amenities of a large hotel
Breakfast was expensive (28$/Buffet), parking was outrageously expensive (40$/day), rooms are very expensive in total (everywhere in Boston),the bathroom was old and outdated

Breakfast was generous.
The size of the room and the size of the beds (much too small)
